If you’re someone who worries about getting pregnant every time they have sex, that can add up to a lot of worrying over a year! But it doesn’t have to be that way. The IUD and the implant are more than 99% effective at preventing pregnancy, so if you’d rather limit this type of distraction, these methods are available for free or at a low-cost at your nearest The Right Time health center.
